By accessing and using ImageToWPlace converter ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

• Coordinate Mapping: Generate precise coordinate data for placing pixels on wplace.live canvas
• Export Functions: Export converted images and placement data in various formats (PNG, CSV, JSON, ZIP)
• Team Collaboration: Tools for coordinating team-based pixel placement projects

Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Uses

• Convert personal images for use on wplace.live
• Create pixel art for community projects and collaborations
• Generate coordinate data for strategic pixel placement
• Share exported data with team members for collaborative projects

Prohibited Uses

• Inappropriate Content: No offensive, harmful, illegal, or explicit content
• Copyright Infringement: Only use images you own or have permission to use
• Spam/Abuse: No automated tools to overload our service
• Malicious Content: No attempts to upload malware or malicious files
• Commercial Misuse: No reselling or redistributing our service

User Responsibilities

• Content Ownership: You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any images you convert
• WPlace.live Compliance: Follow wplace.live's rules and guidelines when using exported data
• Browser Compatibility: Use a modern browser with JavaScript enabled
• Appropriate Use: Use the service in accordance with these terms and community standards

Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain ownership of images you upload and convert
• Service Code: Our conversion algorithms and code remain our property
• WPlace Colors: The 64-color palette belongs to wplace.live
• Exported Data: You own the converted images and coordinate data we generate

Service Availability
